During its existence, Constructora Costarricense S.A. (COCOSA), has performed in the construction field as general contractor for civil works. At the beginning dedicated to urban infrastructure/urban development till the 80’s then exclusively construction of habitable, industrial and institutional buildings.

 

Its main strength lies on a strict site supervision and close relationship with the clients as well as with the consultants to maintain cost controls, work progress and quality.
